T.D. Jakes

Bishop T. D. Jakes is a charismatic leader, visionary, provocative thinker, bestselling author and entrepreneur who serves as senior pastor of The Potter’s House, a global humanitari- an organization and 30,000-member church located in Dallas.

Named “America’s Best Preacher” by Time Magazine and CNN, Jakes’ voice reverberates from the world’s most prominent stages from the White House to the Aspen Institute to Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Beyond the pulpit, his impact is also felt through high profile conference series such as MegaFest, which drew tens of thousands to Dallas in June 2017, “Woman Thou Art Loosed” which sells out every conference and the annual “International Leadership Sum- mit,” which attracts leaders from all walks of life, including the corporate world.

Michael Woods

Michael Woods brings over three decades of expertise in architecture, construction, and real estate development to TDJREV, including the design, development, and construction of more than 12,000 multifamily market-rate and affordable units nationwide. His portfolio includes multi-million-dollar projects worldwide, with completed developments totaling billions of dollars.

Before joining TDJREV, Michael held leadership positions with Vie Development, NBBJ, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Moody Nolan, and served as Midwest Development Leader for DevCo Residential Group. His exceptional leadership has earned multiple national and international awards, with his work featured in leading architectural and development publications. 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ohio State University, along with an MBA and Juris Doctorate from Capital University. He maintains active licenses as both a realtor and general contractor in Florida.

Marcus Dawson

Marcus Dawson brings multifaceted executive experience spanning real estate development, international business development, non-profit management, and entertainment to TDJREV. Elevated to the executive level within the T.D. Jakes organization in 2013, Marcus played an instrumental role in forming TDJREV, focusing on developing attainable homes, mixed-use commercial developments, and entertainment complexes globally.

His real estate journey began in 2004 with his first investment property, quickly expanding to develop a program that raised over $20 million for single-family homes and townhome construction projects. Between 2005 and 2009, he co-developed over 50 luxury custom homes in the North Dallas area. As Managing Member of TDJREV, Marcus ensures maximum impact through strategic partnerships between T.D. Jakes’ organizational platforms and industry-leading experts across various real estate categories.

Marilyn Pastrana

Marilyn Pastrana is the Executive Vice President of Finance, overseeing the company’s accounting and financial operations. She leads effort in financial forecasting and reporting, cash flow management, project budget development, risk management, and investment strategy formulation. Marilyn also plays a key role in advising on strategic financial decisions to drive organizational success.

With over 25 years of expertise in Financial Reporting , Marilyn has a distinguished career that includes international experience in infrastructure and housing development. She has worked with Ferrovial S. A., a leading European multinational operating in over 15 countries; and   has led multifamily development and renovations projects for Vie Development, LLC.

Marilyn attended New York University​ and Florida International University, has a Bachelor in Science with a concentration in Accounting as well as an MBA form University of Alcala. She is a member of NAREC and Financial Women Association.

Domenic Spencer

Domenic Spencer is an experienced real estate and development professional serving as the Development Manager at TDJREV, LLC. He plays a key role in overseeing real estate projects that drive sustainable and transformative community impact. With nearly two decades of experience, Domenic has worked extensively in land development, construction management, workplace solutions, and property planning, ensuring successful project execution from concept to completion.

Before joining TDJREV, he was a Development Associate at Devco Residential Group, where he worked on affordable housing projects within Columbus, Ohio. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Development Director at Pivotal Housing Partners, focusing on affordable housing projects within Georgia and North Carolina. His expertise also extends to his time as a Development Project Manager at Vie Management, where he managed luxury student housing projects in Alabama and Texas. 

His commitment to excellence and passion for community-driven development make him a valuable leader in the real estate sector. Domenic holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kennesaw State University, along with a Masters of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management from University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Paulina Urena

Paulina Urena serves as Chief of Staff at TDJREV, where she works closely with executive leadership to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the firm.

In this role, Paulina leads internal coordination across departments, manages executive priorities, and supports the execution of high-impact projects that advance TDJREV’s mission-driven approach to real estate development. She plays a central role in translating vision into action—ensuring that complex, multi-stakeholder projects move forward with clarity, accountability, and purpose.

Her work emphasizes long-term value creation, operational clarity, and community outcomes rooted in wellness, sustainability, and human-centered design.

With a strong background in project management, branding, and organizational operations, Paulina brings both strategic insight and executional rigor to TDJREV’s growing platform—helping the firm scale with intention while remaining grounded in purpose.

Kevin M.J. Murphy

Kevin M.J. Murphy is an experienced media, entertainment, and brand development executive with extensive experience creating, developing, and scaling intellectual properties across a wide range of platforms, mediums, and genres. As a writer, executive producer, and creative strategist, he has collaborated with and delivered content for globally recognized, billion-dollar brands including Hasbro Entertainment and Fox, contributing to projects that blend storytelling, audience engagement, and commercial impact.

With a career spanning decades, Kevin brings a deep understanding of how narrative, design, and strategy intersect to build enduring brands. His work reflects a unique ability to translate vision into compelling creative assets that resonate across digital, broadcast, experiential, and emerging media environments.

As Creative Director for TDJREV, Kevin leads the creative vision behind the firm’s portfolio of purpose-driven real estate developments. He plays a central role in shaping brand identity, storytelling, and visual expression—ensuring each project communicates its mission, values, and long-term community impact. His leadership helps amplify and elevate the reach of TDJREV’s initiatives, aligning creative strategy with business objectives and cultural relevance.

Carlos Suchil

Carlos Suchil is an experienced construction professional with over a decade of hands-on expertise in the multifamily development sector. He currently serves as Construction Manager at  TDJREV, where he leads on-site operations and collaborates closely with the Development Manager to deliver transformative real estate projects that drive sustainable community impact. 

Throughout his career, Carlos has successfully overseen the completion of more than 40 large-scale multifamily developments across the U.S. His expertise spans all phases of construction — including blueprint interpretation, subcontractor coordination, framing, inspections, OSHA safety compliance, and project closeout. Known for his leadership and precision in managing complex projects, he ensures timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met at every stage. 

His portfolio includes notable projects such as Malloy Bridge Apartments in Seagoville, Cendana Craig Ranch Apartments in McKinney, and The Margaret at Riverfront Apartments in Dallas. A Dallas native, Carlos completed coursework in architecture and business management at the University of Texas at Arlington. 

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Carlos is recognized for his ability to bridge field operations with development strategy, driving results through teamwork, clear communication, and a deep commitment to building strong communities

As the Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant at TDJREV, she plays a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives, managing content creation, and supporting community engagement across the company’s development projects, including Capella Cottages.
Her creativity and strong attention to detail allow her to bridge the gap between digital storytelling and operational efficiency, ensuring each project reflects TDJREV’s vision of intentional community development.

Gabriel Lariz

Gabriel Lariz supports TDJREV’s operations through a dual focus on financial management and project coordination. With a strong background in accounting and attention to detail, Gabriel ensures that each project remains financially accurate and efficiently managed from start to finish.

In his role, Gabriel oversees bookkeeping functions, prepares financial reports, and manages vendor payments. He also assists with project scheduling, documentation tracking, and communication between contractors, vendors, and clients, helping maintain organization and momentum across all phases of construction.

Dedicated to precision, transparency, and collaboration, Gabriel plays a key role in upholding TDJREV’s commitment to excellence in both financial integrity and project execution.
